REcommendations:

Choose the lower side of the vice jaws according to the size of the case middle horns. The jaws are reversible, and are clipped into the jaw holder.  They are easy to turn over.

Place the watch on the lower vice, and close it firmly using the side knurled buttons.

Fully open the upper vice.

Lower the blades using the upper handle, positioning them just below the bezel or case-back. As the lower vice is rotary, you can orient it to select an easier access position.

Clamp the blades using the knurled buttons.

Depending on the geometry of your parts, this may start or even finish the extraction.

Screw in the upper handle to drive off the bezel or case-back.

A spring-mounted support in the middle of the watch helps keep the assembly supported during extraction.

Replacing the JAWS AND BLADES

Both the lower jaws or upper blades can simply be unclipped by hand.
